Wikipedia:GLAM/State Library of New South Wales/Food studies editathon
Appearance
A one-day editathon to enhance food-related pages on Wikipedia. A collaborative effort of the State Library of New South Wales and CQUniversity. The editathon will feature a formal training component as well as informal support for the editing component of the day.
Food studies scholars, today, devote their efforts to researching "anything pertaining to food and eating, from how food is grown to when and how it is eaten, to who eats it and with home, and the nutritional quality." [1] These efforts will be reflected in contributing citations to a range of food studies pages, focusing on food movements and celebrity chefs.
