User has many IPs: other IPs include 192.168.*.*, 10.*.*.* and 172.16.*.* to 172.31.*.*

On the IPv6 Wikipedia, ::1, ::FFFF:7F00:0001, and 127.0.0.1 on a Teredo server were also doing a lot of vandalism... TwelveBaud (disusered), 00:15, 31 Sep 2004 (UTC)
