Request reason:

I came back from what I will admit was a bad account. But I have come back civilized and have been blocked for only disputing a legitimate edit. I feel like I am being censored because I am not even allowed to put in my two cents on a discussion page without being blocked while the objector to my edit reigns freely.

I understand that. Does this mean I can never edit Wikipedia again? I can't get off on good behavior? Not trying to be a tool here, just wanting to know.

Decline reason:

You should appeal the block on your original account. Using new accounts like this one is forbidden as block evasion. Very few users are "banned" and that only comes after a long pattern of serious disruption or vandalism, so yes, you can edit Wikipedia again again once an admin chooses to lift your block.
