[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Tax. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Meters (talk) 10:35, 5 January 2025 (UTC)
- And on Taxation in Pakistan. Stop spamming that company's site. Meters (talk) 10:36, 5 January 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the oversight and for adding an inappropriate external link. I understand and respect Wikipedia’s guidelines on external links and self-promotion.
- I will remove the link as suggested. If I believe the content is relevant and valuable, I will discuss it on the article's talk page to seek consensus with other editors before re-adding it.
- Thanks again for your understanding. Talha-rana 2006 (talk) 10:39, 5 January 2025 (UTC)
- I've already reverted both of your edits. Please don't bother trying to discuss this on the articles' talk pages. Tax does not need a lengthy addition on Pakistan's tax system, and even less so in the lead. And your addition to Taxation in Pakistan [[1]] was nothing but blatant spam.
