Managing a conflict of interest

Navin Krishna Giri moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Navin Krishna Giri. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it is promotional and reads like an advertisement, you may have a possible Conflict of Interest and most of the sources are the same article by different publications and YouTube is generally not reliable so should not be used. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
