Reason for Removal of "Hello Kitty" Song

[edit]

The reason why I removed the song from the passage on "Legacy" part of the "Hello Kitty" page was because there was no source, despite the supposed notability. For something to be considered notable, it should be backed by at least one source, namely a secondary one. An experienced editor, Doctorhawkes, had taught me this before. The song is wikilinked in the Hello Kitty article to the article about the song at Hello Kitty (song) which in turn has plenty of sources establishing its notability and relevancy to Hello Kitty. The mention of the song in the Hello Kitty article should probably be expanded and improved using sources from Hello Kitty (song), but that's no reason delete it completely. Reason of reverting my My Scene edit

[edit]

It is not necessary to revert my edit on that page. I put "was" because that doll brand discontinued. It ended. --Chidie345 (talk) 19:44, 18 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Look at the manual of style page I linked to: WP:WAS, discontinued products should be in the present tense. Siawase (talk) 19:51, 18 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
