Welcome!

Hello Robert Tarzwell, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!

Regarding your psychotherapy article: Please have a look at Wikipedia:Manual of style which indicates the appropriate format for an article. I changed your initial article to conform to these, but your subsequent edits obliterated my changes. Make sure you do not overwrite other people's changes in future.

Also it is not appropriate to dedicate an article in an encyclopedia to someone, no matter how influential.

Thanks once again for your contributions. DJ Clayworth 17:59, 25 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

All standard forms of English are acceptable at Wikipedia. The goal is to use one variety of English consistently throughout each article. You didn't specify what article you were referring to in your original post; but if I standardized on American English, then the article was probably majority AmE. (You may find the Wikipedia Manual of Style helpful in regards to spelling, punctuation, etc.) Wayward 22:48, 26 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
