[edit]You are removing well-sourced material that has been extensively discussed on the talk page. Do not change it unless a new consensus is established there. OhNoitsJamie Talk 01:03, 9 December 2022 (UTC)
How are you going to block me when i provided the sources? Rimlabel (talk) 01:26, 9 December 2022 (UTC)

- The article already notes that Reggaeton has roots in both countries, but was popularized on Puerto Rico. That has been discussed on the talk page many times. Further attempts to erase Panama from the article will result in a longer block. OhNoitsJamie Talk 01:42, 9 December 2022 (UTC)
Last warning before longer block
[edit]You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia. OhNoitsJamie Talk 18:52, 8 January 2023 (UTC)
I added scholar citations as requested and you changed it back after proving it was correct. Rimlabel (talk) 03:39, 15 February 2023 (UTC)

Request reason:
I added correct citations and reliable sites from scholar written articles as requested but you decided to block as I followed directions given.
Decline reason:
Just because they have the domain names of esteemed universities does not make those sources scholarly. The Dartmouth one is a course syllabus, an acceptable source only for what that course would cover. The McGill one is a years-old version of the page, which is basically a circular citation. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:21, 15 February 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

- Note that user is only partial blocked from editing Reggaeton, as they have repeatedly tried to remove or minimize Panama's role in the evolution of the genre despite numerous warnings. OhNoitsJamie Talk 03:41, 15 February 2023 (UTC)
Evolution of a genre that was started in Puerto Rico and not Panama. Influences are from Panama and hip hop(AA culture). What’s known as Reggaeton now is the evolution of underground in Carolina, PR. - As long as you intend to continue to disrupt that article, you're going to be blocked from editing it. If you attempt to make similar edits (i.e., negating/minimizing Panama from Reggaeton development), the block will be expanded to a full block. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:46, 15 February 2023 (UTC)
I didn’t erase Panama, it had influences but what’s known as reggaeton now days is Puerto Rican which obviously isn’t included in the article. Rimlabel (talk) 01:07, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
