Hi Bob, I'm still extremely confused, I think probably wikipedia isn't a place for me. I have removed almost everything possible. I really do not understand the wikipedian jargon.Ribboners (talk) 01:21, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of this] search.
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article [[this] search.]], suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- Non notable per [http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=%22Red+Ribbon+Days%22&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on [[Talk:this] search.|its talk page]].
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Ribboners (talk)noted with thanks, BOB
- Nothing personal. What you do looks like an interesting project and I would definitely be interested to find out more. However, Wikipedia does have certain rules and guidelines about articles, which for better or worse, keeps Wikipedia viable and reliable. Cheers. - Bob K | Talk 15:32, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
Deletion
[edit]It was deledted because it was non-notable (per WP;NOTE). A google search only returned ~400 hits and the artcle made no asserstion of notability. ErikTheBikeMan (talk) 12:54, 16 December 2008 (UTC) Erik it's a new company that is why, they were launched in June, and the references are from published newspapers in MalaysiaRibboners (talk) 02:42, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Red Ribbon Days
[edit]I have nominated Red Ribbon Days, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Red Ribbon Days. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. ErikTheBikeMan (talk) 01:05, 17 December 2008 (UTC)Ribboners (talk) 01:20, 17 December 2008 (UTC)Does this abide to the regulation now? I'm utterly confused
- No, it may not be notable now, but later, it may be. Also, please leave messages on my talk page, or I may not see the message. Thanks, ErikTheBikeMan (talk) 01:44, 18 December 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Red Ribbon Days, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Red Ribbon Days. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Jake Wartenbergtalk 01:39, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Red Ribbon Days. ruby.red.roses (talk) 01:39, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
May I know how to delete a page on wikipedia. It seems like it really isn't the place for me. I would also like to delete my account. ThanksRibboners (talk) 01:48, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
- Deleting a page on Wikipedia requires administrator intervention, so try contacting an admin and they will help you with the deletion process. Read more on this page to learn more about page deletion. If you want to delete your account, it is not possible, read about why here. However, if you wish to join Wikipedia again, you can either request renaming or simply create a new account, it's up to you. Hope I helped! (For future reference, type

{{helpme}} And another quick question, how do I contact the admin? I'm really horrible with this Ribboners (talk) 01:14, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, here's what's happening. You made an article, and were informed that it was not appropriate, and are now trying to remove it yourself. The problem is... ordinary users do not have article deletion privileges. Not even for articles that they created themselves. All you can do is "blank" an article - and when you do that, it triggers the vandalism watchdog programs, and they revert it and warn you (because blanking an article is a common form of vandalism). Understand now? DS (talk) 01:19, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
{{helpme}} Yes, I do. However, it doesn't answer the question as to how am i suppose to contact the person in charge (admin) to assist me on this matter. Ribboners (talk) 10:35, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
- There are over a thousand admins on wikipedia, You can contact then by going to WP:AN and leaving a message 203.122.240.118 (talk) 11:27, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
