March 2009

[edit]

I'm not familiar with the topic and I haven't had time to really look into it, but reading after reading some of your recent complaints, I'd suggest that you consider the OTRS system. See Wikipedia:Contact us/Article problem for more. --OnoremDil 13:48, 17 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I am doing just that, the entire Wikipedia structure is worse than the Vatican which I am suing www.vaticanbankclaims.com let's hope Wikipedia never gets to that level as a so called authority becuase its organization is just as byzantine and bizarre. You aren't blocked

[edit]

Your account hasn't been blocked - see the block log listing for your account, which is empty.

It's possible that your IP address was blocked if it was identified as being involved in some sort of not-logged-in abusive behavior. Do you have a fixed IP address or one that changes when you log in and out?

If you are seeing an IP block message, send the contents of the block message (blocking administrator, block ID, description on the block, etc) to unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org and I or another unblock administrator can investigate.

(quick additional info) - if you had been blocked for real, you couldn't have left that message on my talk page. If you're really blocked you can only edit your own user talk page. Just for your information... Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 18:59, 20 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest warning

[edit]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Darko Trifunovic, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. ChrisO (talk) 07:58, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]
Under the WP:ARBMAC provisions relating to disruption on Balkans-related subjects, you have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for engaging in endless argument on the talk-page of Darko Trifunović, thus disrupting the efforts of other editors to build an encyclopedic article.. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.
