If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on DJ KIDRAVI requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Dewritech (talk) 09:40, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome

[edit]

Hello, Ravilovescs, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I notice that one of the first articles you created appears to be an article about yourself. This is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians—as this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. Your user page, however, is a great place to write about yourself, making sure to stay within user page guidelines. Just click your user name at the top of the screen when you are logged in, and edit it normally.

The page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. If it is deleted and you wish to retrieve its contents, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

DJ KIDRAVI

[edit]

Hi Ravi! Thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia by creating the page DJ KIDRAVI. However, this particular page had to be deleted since it's not in accordance with the notability guideline of Wikipedia. This is because the article was about a person (possibly yourself, in which case it would be a case of self-promotion and indiscriminate publicity) who has not been significantly covered. Although we thank you for volunteering on Wikipedia by creating this page, I highly recommend that you take a good read of Wikipedia's notability guideline so that any further pages you do create from today fall under Wikipedia's policies and thus, do not have to be deleted. Happy editing! Regards. —Avenue X at Cicero (talk) 10:30, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Copies of drafts

[edit]

Hello Ravilovescs, you created two versions of your draft on DJ KIDRAVI: One at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/DJ KIDRAVI and another at Articles for creation/DJ KIDRAVI. The former is the preferred location for drafts, and Pol430 yesterday moved the draft to that location, but you recreated the draft in the latter place; it has now been deleted again. Please don't recreate it there; improve Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/DJ KIDRAVI instead. The draft currently has no content except the infobox and cites no sources; it's clearly not ready to be an article yet. Yours, Huon (talk) 18:40, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/DJ Kidravi, a page you created, has not been edited in 6 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 02:06, 4 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Ravilovescs. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "DJ Kidravi".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/DJ Kidravi}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 08:00, 16 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
