Speedy deletion nomination of Eldred Nelson
[edit]Hello Pb120669,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Eldred Nelson for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

- Hi -- thank you! Yes, I did cut and paste. (I don't believe there's a copyright issue.) I will write my own text and repost. Now, I'm trying to figure out if I can access the previous page because I took a few minutes formatting the infobox. Can I? MarkWayne (talk) 15:33, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
Hey Mark! I saw you edited Deuterium–tritium fusion, and I wanted to ask what is meant by This discovery was largely unrecognized until recently.
If you mean your paper, it would probably be original research. Could you clarify? I edited the section to make it more accessible. Sungodtemple (talk • contribs) 22:03, 7 February 2024 (UTC)
- Hi,
- Thanks for asking for clarification. But I'm confused. Are you saying that Physics Today is not "a reliable published source."
- From http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Wikipedia:OR
- "The prohibition against original research means that all material added to articles must be verifiable in a reliable, published source, even if not already verified via an inline citation."
- Please clarify your question.
- Many thanks.
