Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Nicobi Foods", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, service, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Foobar Museum of Art". However, you are permitted to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you individually (not your role), such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87", but not "SEO Manager at XYZ Company".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, service, or website, regardless of your username. thank I will change it. My employee created the account, im just finding out about it. I actually only want to have my company listed on Wikipedia because we are a verified business and just expanded our business across the nation and many new FAKE pages started popping up. We are just trying to figure out what to do, I apologize for the ignorance Nicobi Foods (talk) 15:40, 10 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia is not a business directory, so a company is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists. All topics must be notable by Wikipedia's definition to merit inclusion. In the specific case of a company, it must meet the notability criteria for companies and organizations. For this to happen, the company must have already received significant coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources. We have no interest in what a company wishes to say about itself, as this is an inherent conflict of interest.
If your employee created this account, and you are now a second person accessing it, then it means that you are sharing access to this account. This is forbidden outright per Wikipedia's username policy - an account may only be accessed by the same single individual for the account's entire lifetime. Sharing access is forbidden for any reason. Your account will be blocked on these grounds alone. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 04:41, 11 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
