Welcome students from Nanjing Normal University

[edit]

1, Hello. Are you a student at Nanjing Normal University? If you are I want to say hello.

2, My name is Anna. I live in Haikou, Hainan. I come from Canada.

3, I can help you if you need.

4, Don't worry. Be brave. You can write. No problem.

Some good things to help you:

1, Look at other articles. See how they organize it. Copy the style.
2, Use the information you get for your article, and write it in your words.
3, Don't use baike. It is not professionally written.
4, Put this at the end of the sentences or paragraphs to show where the information comes from:
<ref>example-website.com</ref>
5, Put this at the bottom of your article:
==References==
{{reflist}}

HAPPY HELP

Anna Frodesiak (talk) 02:53, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Use Spaces
Spaces usually come after punctuation marks.
Instead of this:
  • I like bunnies(rabbits).They are not only cute,but friendly too.
Try this:
  • I like bunnies (rabbits). They are not only cute, but friendly too.

Protect Your Article
1. Putting lots and lots of references into your article protects it from being deleted.
2. Put references in your article like this example:
Rabbits are cute.<ref>http://www.about-rabbits.com</ref>
3. Add this to the bottom of the article:
==References==
{{reflist}}
4. Don't use Baidu.baike, Hudong, Tianya and sites that are not professionally written.
5. Write in your own words. Just the facts. Don't copy and paste.
6. Make your article style like other articles.

your article

[edit]

Good and decent article. With lots of content. May I give two suggestions?

  • Please, if you use a chinese translation, place it between brackets
    • not Zhu Yousong朱由嵩, but Zhu Yousong (朱由嵩)
  • Think about interpunction:
    • This is correct, with the spacing in place. It looks better now (also this); also with a reference directly after the point![1]
    • This is incorrect,with the spacing in place.It looks worse now(also this is bad); also with a reference not directly after the point! [2]

Good luck; for questions: just ask them here or on my talk page! L.tak (talk) 20:20, 1 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Jiangsu Performing Arts Group requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Vrenator talk 12:35, 21 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Peach Blossom Fan

[edit]

Thank you for improving The Peach Blossom Fan! One thing I did was adding references to English sources. While Chinese sources are permissible and encouraged, it is often better to make the article as a whole rely on English sources since they are more accessible to English-speaking people.
