Hi, where did you get this picture? Is it a scan? You are claiming the copyright, do you have the actual photo? Off2riorob (talk) 18:30, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

In your edit summary you say this .. I was with Chris in Thailand when this was taken, I can confirm this is definitely him. .. this infers that you did not take the photograph and as such you would not clearly hold the copyright, please be aware, the wikipedia takes copyright infringement very seriously.
