Personal attacks

[edit]

You have persistently sent personal attacks on my talk page. Please see Wikipedia:No personal attacks. Personal attacks do not help make a point; they only hurt the Wikipedia community and deter users from helping to create a good encyclopedia. Derogatory comments about other contributors may be removed by any editor. Repeated or egregious personal attacks may lead to blocks. Ayoopdog (talk) 12:24, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve 2014 COSAFA Cup

[edit]

Hi, I'm Longwayround. Mas y mas, thanks for creating 2014 COSAFA Cup!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Are there any independent sources for this competition?

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Longwayround (talk) 17:42, 29 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Coo coo pigeon (talk) 23:34, 20 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Qatar national team coaches

[edit]

A simple Google search would've shown that some of the coaches whom you removed have in fact coached the Qatar national team, as would visiting their Wiki pages. But I'll add in individual references just for you. Elspamo4 (talk) 11:34, 15 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Saint Kitts and Nevis women's national football team, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kingston. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Why are you so bothered about SEVEN lines of text, in a page which has no space issues? Chanheigeorge (talk) 21:55, 11 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Omar Khribin

[edit]

Thank you for editing, I watched the match live on tv, and i am sure that Sanharib has scored the first goal, the Syrian soccer website and the General Sports Federation of Syria official website also confirm my claim, in the video highlights, The cam wrongly concentrate on the player number 8 (Khribin ) but actually the on in Number 16 ( Sanharib ) has scores the goal, and the live score board of the match also showed that Sanharib scored the first goal as well as the match commentator. http://www.syrian-soccer.com/?page=show_det&select_page=1024&id=7061 http://www.gsf-sport.com/?p=53761 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_qLxpUbiAY This YouTube video description contains information that Sanharib Malki has scored the first goal.

First goal by Sanharib Malki. [1]

Well apparently we have a conflicting information then. What I saw was the last placing. Where do you get the information from? The Toad (talk) 14:22, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Point to me the exact spot please. Thank you. The Toad (talk) 15:19, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If it against WP:MOS, can you fix the previous edition too? Thanks! ~ Muffin Wizard ;) 09:40, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I'm currently editing using a mobile with desktop version so I can't edit much faster like usual. Only can do some faster edit using available automate tools. ~ Muffin Wizard ;) 09:55, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Btw, do you know any automatic tool to do it rather than using the manual way? ~ Muffin Wizard ;) 10:39, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Ahh, nevermind then. We just should use the old formats like the previous edition as there is a large number of football articles using the old format like the U-23, U-19/20, U18, U16, Hassanal Bolkiah, Southeast Asian Games and many other minor competitions. It will need a lot of time to change all of this, so I'm not going to waste my time to do that through the manual way. ~ Muffin Wizard ;) 09:31, 23 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Nahh, if you also know it is against the law why don't you try to help to fix it or try to prevent other editors to use such style in the previous article? I believe you are using a much better computer than me which just using a mobile with desktop version. Furthermore, I don't think also that should be followed strictly on WP:MOS law as no admin try to leave any warning to editors who using such style. ~ Muffin Wizard ;) 10:16, 23 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Watch your tone dude, what do you mean by calling me one of the "hard headed idiots" and " don't get me started"? I'm suspected your just the previous editor who attacking other user rather than to giving any valid explanation for the cause. I told you only for this time, rather than you treat other user like this or started a fight, why don't you give some explanation like this before and try to explain the cause, not by ignoring other user question like when I ask before. Is it so hard huh? ~ Muffin Wizard ;) 11:05, 23 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
