FWIW, I was planning on supporting you in my guide after I had a chance to see if you took its advice or not. I think you were actually a pretty underrated candidate to be honest. –MJLTalk 00:12, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@MJL: Ah, I'm grateful for the kind words! Thank you, Lord Roem ~ (talk) 01:47, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Of course! I sincerely hope you consider a run next year as well. You are right in that the committee is due for a shakeup. :) –MJLTalk 02:51, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2019 election voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2019 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:14, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Lord Roem. I do feel that the deletes had this one on policy grounds; would you reconsider your close please? All the best—S Marshall T/C 22:34, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@S Marshall: Thanks for the note. I think my AfD closing was an accurate read of the discussion, namely, that there was no consensus reached. You're of course free to submit this for further review if you disagree. Best, Lord Roem ~ (talk) 03:02, 20 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I do respectfully disagree, and have listed the DRV accordingly. All the best—S Marshall T/C 12:30, 20 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It was 11 days too late since I've first discovered the one-timers from the Simpsons article was deleted. I would have said delete - with any re-directs pointing to that page be changed to the episodes they appeared in. Having a quick look down the list of Simpsons characters, I'd spotted a few red links so I'd fixed them with new redirects to the articles they appeared in like Hank Scorpio for example. Nagura Hiroo

[edit]

Japanese painter removed as administrator About Nagura Hiroo I am very sorry. In the Japanese painting world, he is a Japanese painter with outstanding achievements. Your American has a language barrier that you don't understand, so you might not know how high his artistry is. I wanted you to judge by seeing his work. You have taken the opportunity to let people all over the world know about Japanese paintings unique to Japan.--Suhein (talk) 04:05, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Suhein, thanks for the note. It looks like the language barrier was a major issue in finding sources for the article. If that issue, and the copyvio one, are resolved in a newly expanded and sourced version of the article, I think it'll stand a better chance at AFD. Best, Lord Roem ~ (talk) 05:49, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I want to see and correct deleted data, can I see that data?--Suhein (talk) 00:58, 21 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The deleted article of Nagura Hiroo will be resumed.--Suhein (talk) 02:48, 24 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I made an updated sentence to Talk: Nagura Hiroo. Please point out the shortage.--Suhein (talk) 05:30, 24 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Deontay Wilder

[edit]

Can you allow edits to Deontay Wilder again? He just had a fight and the page says it hasn't happened yet!

The page will automatically flip back from its current fully protected status in the next day, don't fret. Lord Roem ~ (talk) 18:06, 24 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
