Try to be nice and not some punk kid, please. Thank you. BTW, I made you deal on the T Third article. I suggest to take it.--Inetpup 05:53, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
Committed identity
I've seen {{user committed identity}}
on several userpages, including yours. I read the articles at SHA-512 and commitment scheme. What I don't understand is what purpose the committed identity serves on Wikipedia. How (and under what circumstances) can it be used to verify your identity? Thanks for your time. - SigmaEpsilon → ΣΕ 22:08, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

How did a young kid like you get to be Admin?
Did you spend all your time doing this and no homework? Or did you manage to do both? Do you do Wikipedia at school on your mobile device?--Inetpup 05:35, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Re: Images and edit summaries
I prefer the Public Domain license. But, I don't remember preferring the Creative Commons license. But, every picture I take from this point on will be on the Public Domain in Wikimedia Commons.
I have noticed the edit comments that i have been unintentionally causing headaches for other people with the /* */
thing. I will try and remember to do that.

Please Help! (When you come back from your break, of course!)
I am currently migrating images to Wikimedia Commons from the Municipal Railway page in Wikipedia. There are only 4 pictures left, and that's to curb transit foamers.
This page was created to relieve overcrowded conditions at the Muni site over at Wikipedia. If you can, please help upload pictures to commons, then placing them in the appropriate galleries. IF you can, please help. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, Kurykh. We had a few urgent matters to communicate to you:
- Please update your information at Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. Roads/Participants, our new centralized participant list. Those who have not done so by October 20th will be removed.
- There are important discussions taking place at WT:USRD relating to whether WP:USRD, WP:HWY, or the state projects should hold the "power" in the roads projects.

Hi Kurykh, you deleted Probability derivations for making low hands in Omaha hold 'em under CSD A5. AFAIK the Transwiki namespace on Wikibooks is for articles that haven't actually been fully imported, so I've restored the WP article while their folks sort that out. If I've done this wrong please let me know. Cheers, ~ Riana ⁂ 05:41, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
"No consensus"
Hello, Kurykh. I was just reading an old deletion discussion that you closed. You said the result was "no consensus", but it looked clear to me that there was consensus to keep the article. Here is the discussion. Perhaps you should take a second look at it. A.Z. 05:16, 13 October 2007 (UTC)

Could you take another look at your close to this? It seems incorrect to delete an article with several reputable references which "cover different years and different countries and even US states" because "google search ... shows no reputable references." --Dragonfiend 18:50, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- Your argument to overturn the AfD seems to lie solely on content issues, while an overturn is mostly only due to misinterpretation of consensus and weighing of arguments. I see no substantial reason to overturn my deletion. Hope this helps. —Kurykh 22:01, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- It looks to me like you've improperly weighed the arguments. That is, it looks like you've given improperly large weight to the clearly false assertion that "google search ... shows no reputable references" and comparatively little weight to the argument that there are several reputable sources which "cover different years and different countries and even US states". Of course, I may be misunderstanding the reasoning behind your close, because I'm as yet unaware of your reasoning. You can go ahead and explain it here; I'm watching this page. --Dragonfiend 22:17, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- I gave equal weight to the arguments. But I'm starting to get the impression that you are trying to get me to put more weight on your argument than it is due. My reasoning here, as is on most AfD's I close, is simple: "per consensus." —Kurykh 22:18, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- That seems overly vague. What did you think the consensus of that AfD was? That there were no reputable sources? If so, that seems like giving improper weight to a clearly false position. Again, I may be missing something, and would welcome further detail into your decision. --Dragonfiend 22:27, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- I think you are getting the mistaken impression that I am choosing one argument and using it as my basis. Instead, I take all deletion arguments and all keep arguments and weigh all of them against each other. The arguments presented were not only in black or white. There is not only a singular point of contention, but rather, there were quite a few more. —Kurykh 22:30, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- Which specific deletion argument(s) in that AFD did you find persuasive? --Dragonfiend —Preceding comment was added at 22:34, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- All of them. But more people viewed that the deletion argument had more merit, hence I acted on that consensus. While AfD is not purely numbers, AfD is not purely argument. Just because a few people voice a particular argument does not negate everyone else's opinion. —Kurykh 22:37, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- Could you be specific at all? Maybe quote from the AFD which specific deletion argument(s) you found persuasive? --Dragonfiend 22:44, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- How can I get more specific? I do not operate on only one rail. AfD closing is not a one-sided task. If you find my explanations inadequate, go to WP:DRV. —Kurykh 22:47, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- Well, if, for example, you thought there was merit in the nominator's suggestion that this topic was "nonnotable" with "no reputable references," then maybe you could point out how you concluded that the newspaper sources weren't reputable or that they didn't meet Wikipedia:Notability's "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." But, again, I don't know; it was your close so I really can't tell you the specifics behind your decision making-process. I'd think you would know that better than I. So, would you like to give another try at articulating the reason(s) behind your close of that AfD? Or should I just take this to DRV? -- Dragonfiend 22:55, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- I rest my case. You are asking me to wade into the content issue, which as the closing admin I should not do. —Kurykh 23:01, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- I'm was merely asking you to explain your decision based on your view of the strengths of the arguments made and applicable policy. But since you've "rested your case" and per your suggestion, I've listed this at deletion review. Thank you. --Dragonfiend 00:08, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Anthony Chidiac
Hi Kurykh, I did as you said and put up a well written stub on chidiac complete with citation, articles, etc. and it received treatment from an overzealous admin nominating it for an afd (again). Could you please add your valued comment and a "vote"? I'd appreciate your positivity to my efforts. I thought I fully complied to wiki guidelines, and I see much worse being written. I took a "train wreck" article and made a concise small stub out of it. I think the guy nominating for deletion has some negative form of association with chidiac, so is there any way more can be found out about him and if he is a real person or maybe - he is bill gates in disguise (lol). Hope you like the Anthony Chidiac stub. Thanks for your time in advance. Rgds T. --T3Smile 10:16, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
