The following are detailed notes explaining all of the changes the proposed draft would make compared to the current page

- Removed "Industry" since it was mostly redundant with "Type of Site" (both said file sharing)
- Updated revenue and employee numbers using the latest annual report
- Removed a New York Times citation, since it was replaced by a more recent headcount from the annual report, but incorporated the New York Times citation into the History section, so the citation is not lost.

- No pre-existing facts/information was removed, other than those noted in the prior bullet.
- Substantially reworked/expanded with more/better citations, better paragraph structure, more information, more recent history, etc.
Software / Business Model

- Removed/replaced citations to our privacy policy and other primary sources used to summarize features; instead used two book chapters, some press articles, and a few analyst reports.
- Removed list of clients as promotion/trivia/directory information
- Removed lists of subscription levels and devices supported
- Generally expanded with more information and quality citations summarizing what the software/service does
