Liberian "slave trade"
[edit]As I understand it, the trade was with various Portuguese colonies in Africa, particularly the islands in the Gulf of Guinea. I'll check the source I originally used, as I'm sure it went into some detail. Rather than an actual slave trade, I believe it was the (rather similar) sale of bonded labour; again I will check this.
