Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to Samuel W. Wolfson High School appears to have added a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused but I was merely attempting to add a notable alumnus Jebatteh (talk) 21:01, 13 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
For the purposes of Wikipedia "notable alumni" means people with articles about them. See Wikipedia:Notability (people) for more information. Generally speaking it is not advisable to write about yourself. Please see Wikipedia:Autobiography and Wikipedia:Conflict of interest for more on that. This kind of editing could be interpreted as self-promotion. TornadoLGS (talk) 21:11, 13 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
