Kutsherla

[edit]

Aha. Then, your original spelling comes from (slightly broken) Estonian transliteration, which explains why Google couldn't help. The non-broken version would be 'Kutšerla', but Eesti Ekspress has gotten a lot of people to replace 'š' with 'sh' in Estonian. If you're interested in finding other non-print-media people discussing the place, you might also consider 'Kutserla' as an alternative spelling.

Anyway, the page is from a traveller's diary. It describes more of the travellers' experience than the geography of the valley, so it isn't probably very useful for Wikipedia as a source. Furthermore, it's written in a very briefish, harsh form of Estonian (telegramese might be an accurate word) that makes it hard to translate properly. If you have any particular questions, I'll of course try to help. Digwuren 11:33, 26 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
