About your recent addition in Hadrian's article: I am sorry, but I believe that it is not so. The Gibbon's famous quotation, in his chapter I, does not refer to Hadrian's reign concretly, but to the almost totality of the 2nd. century AD, exempting Commodus, be read, for instance, here: Quotations from Gibbon's Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire.
