Unable to understand reason for block as I don't know who that user is as it's not me.

But then how can I prove I'm not that person, if I have nothing but my word and the person who block me had nothing but their guess? They believe I'm a person that I'm not, but their word matter, not mine? And I'm blocked because of their error?
