List of famous streets afd

[edit]

I appreciate the advice you gave me in the list of famous streets afd discussion, but I think you also misunderstood the points I was trying to make (I obviously didn't state them clearly enough). Please check out my clarifications. Capmango 17:31, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Checked the afd again, and commented. Sorry if I came across as harsh! Charlie-talk to me-about what I've done 18:09, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

werdnabot question on Help Desk

[edit]

At the moment, you have it set to archive posts more than 45 days old. Given that the oldest post on your page is from May 22, you haven't hit that age yet. You can either change that "age" setting so that it archives more frequently, or just wait. -- Kesh 19:33, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, it seems to have started working, which is why the oldest posts are from May 22. I had older posts, but they were archived this morning by Shadowbot3. Charlie-talk to me-about what I've done 19:36, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edits

[edit]

Hey. Responding to your comment about how amny edits I would like to see a person have for an RFA is around 5,000. It used to be 10,000 edits, but I lowered it because not many people have 10,000 edits. I hope this clears this up! =) Politics rule 17:09, 21 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair enough. With all the edit-countitis talk going on, I wasn't sure whether the comment was meant to be sarcastic or not, which is why I asked. I think my standard is lower than yours, here, but you are certainly entitled to your opinion, and having a wider array of opinions can only help RFA's. Thanks for the response, by the way! Thank you X 100

[edit]
Thank you very much for supporting my RfA, which closed successfully yesterday... W00t! I hope to be a great admin (and editor) and I'm sure you can tell that my use of a large, boldfaced, capital "T" and a big checkmark image in this generic "thank you" template that I swiped from some other user's Talk Page that I totally mean business! If you need anything in the future or if you see that I've done something incorrectly, please come to my Talk Page and let me know. So now I've got a bunch of reading to do.... see you around! - eo 13:47, 22 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image rotate.

[edit]

yup saved a good copy on my comp. and uploaded that to wiki. but the skewed one was loaded -- sfsorrow2 (moved comment for archiving) Charlie-talk to me-what I've done 15:39, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I know you can resize them on Wiki, and the like, but I don't think there's a way to rotate them once they're uploaded. They should be oriented the same way as they are on your computer. Sorry I can't be of more help. Charlie-talk to me-what I've done 15:44, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your support and comments at my RfA
Hi Echuck215, It still amazes me that otherwise "anonymous" editors take the time to place !votes and comments on RfAs. Whilst I would have normally thanked you at the time of you leaving your message, the importance of my not appearing to be canvassing prevented me from so doing. Now that everything has progressed successfully I can finally thank you. I intend to uphold a style of good adminship and will welcome your further comments at any time in the future, even if they are in the form of admonishment. I will be happy to help as an admin wherever and whenever I can --VS talk 23:19, 27 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RfA thanks

[edit]

Hi Echuck215/Archive. Thank you for your support and kind words in my RfA, which passed with 95 support, 1 oppose, and 1 neutral !votes. It means a lot to me to have your individual support and the collective support of so many others. I truly will strive to carry myself at a level representing the trust bestowed in me as I use the mop to address the never-ending drips of discontent in need of caretaker assistance.
