Welcome!
Hello, Ducksyonthemoon, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. Steven Gerrard
[edit]Hey mate,
Can you please stop deleting my modifications, they are necessary to the page. There was no information before about his 2009/10 season whatsoever so I thought I'd just add a quick summary of his season which seems reasonable and I also added some information of his recent goal vs FK Rabotnicki, so why was this deleted?.
Also his career statistics in European competition should be changed to 113 games 35 goals I've done a little research :),
On a different note can you please give me some advice on how to upload images to wikipedia. Images found on google image search is that possible?
Thanks
- Sorry but:
- per WP:BLP unsourced additions of information about living persons must be removed immediatly.
- also per WP:OR, not published information should not exist here, does not matter if are fact or not.
- In question about the images, per WP:NONFREE, copyrighted images about living people should no be uploaded, neither here or in Commons. As you said, images founded in Google fails copyvio and must be deleted. I would recommend you read the Welcome page and the five pillars. As I said before Welcome, and I hope you enjoy editing here. - Please try to avoid recentism and peacock terms. Your edit regarding the Hungary match is way too much emphasis given to a recent, inconsequential event with too much flowery language. Please discuss at Talk:Steven Gerrard#Removing WP:RECENTism before redoing the edit. Thanks. --Mosmof (talk) 03:14, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
