Thanks for uploading Image:FireAn2ImReady2.gif. The new iPod touch is 2G due to Apple official webpages

Please go to Apple Store and find an iPod accessory, such as this, and pay attention to the compatibility: the most advanced iPod touch is still 2nd generation, but this is not data delay, because iPod nano 5G is there.
