If you still consider yourself to be an active member, leave a response on the Project's talk page. Hopefully we can get the project up and running again. We use consensus

[edit]

Here on Wikipedia, we use consensus, not voting. A consensus was not reached so I have reverted your edits. I'm sorry but a consensus was never reached and the original reason for the separation is still better than the reasons you have said. How about merging some of the information but not all of it? I do want what's best but a consensus was never reached.--Astros4477 (talk) 21:23, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You broke it, I'm trying to fix it. I fixed it and now you broke it again. Consensus reached: The guy who broke it didn't care to fix it an dumped it on me. From the first time visitors viewpoint the information present as the hacked up article does not sufficiently inform them. I gave ten days to respond. There was one response, mine. Consensus reached. Knott's destruction should be reunited.
Wikipedia should be about the truth. The purpose of MOS is to represent the truth, not to facilitate disjointed lies. Keep it real.
By the way, this doesn't belong on my talk page. It is an issue with the Knott's page. If you want to revert, you should have participated in the consensus when it was open. Disneywizard (talk) 22:28, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Um I did participate in the consensus? I'm done fighting with you, you've been around long enough to realize that the article is wayy too long and is better off splitted.--Astros4477 (talk) 22:42, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Splitted? Your participation consisted of "I don't care." You split it without consensus. Agreed, no consensus was reached on your initial Knott's Berry Farm split. I will restore it until you present a valid split. May I suggest continuing the trend of detailing specific segments with detailed descriptions and referencing them with synopsis. BTW if you are so interested in doing things to a consensus, why did you not propose a consensual split to begin with? It you are going to fix it, then fix it right, not fix it broken. Again, this doesn't belong on my talk page, it belongs on the Knott's talk page. Disneywizard (talk) 23:15, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

History of Knott's Berry Farm

[edit]

On Wikipedia, the History of comes before the name. It never comes after. Here are some examples, History of Michigan State University, History of the United States, History of the Cleveland Indians, History of McDonald's. I just picked some articles at random. --Astros4477 (talk) 18:52, 30 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ANI notice

[edit]

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.--JOJ Hutton 00:18, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As per our policy Wikipedia:No personal attacks, comments such as this edit summary where you claim another editor is in need of "psychiatric help", or or this one, where you call him a "vandal", are clearly inappropriate. Editorial conflicts can be frustrating, but that is not an excuse to lash out at other editors. If you feel other editors are acting inappropriately, please notify myself or another administrator through an appropriate noticeboard such as WP:ANI and do not use those actions as an excuse for further personal attacks. Further personal attacks may result in a topic ban from this article or blocking. Thank you. Gamaliel (talk) 16:07, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on It's a Small World. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. —/Mendaliv//Δ's/ 00:46, 19 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Nomination of Telikin for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Telikin, to which you have significantly contributed, is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or if it should be deleted.

The discussion will take place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Telikin until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article.

To customise your preferences for automated AfD notifications for articles to which you've significantly contributed (or to opt-out entirely), please visit the configuration page. Delivered by SDZeroBot (talk) 19:33, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Water key, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Saturation. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
