Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles or other Wikipedia pages, as you did to Employer branding. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in this edit to Employer branding. Inappropriate links include links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that serve as advertising or promotion. Thank you. Please stop. If you continue to add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Universum Communications, you may be blocked from editing. Terrillja talk 20:05, 13 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

How is the content I put up promotional? Chrispvm (talk) 12:50, 15 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"The world's most attractive employer is apparently Google and surprisingly the Big 4 auditing firms, which are all in the top 5 business rankings. That's according to close to 130,000 career seekers who have been surveyed by Universum Communications." This is clearly promotional in nature and is not appropriate.--Terrillja talk 17:51, 15 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Thanks for your response. I appreciate it. How would you then report on the company page about our global top 50 index on the world's most attractive employers without it sounding too promotional? How come the fortune 500 and FT 500 are posted on wikipedia then? How can I be informative without being promotional? Chrispvm (talk) 07:23, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
