[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
- editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. John of Reading (talk) 17:53, 2 February 2011 (UTC)
Nice article
[edit]Hi! nice article. Just one thing this should be named as a Catalan wine not Spanish. --Catalaalatac (talk) 17:01, 4 February 2011 (UTC) Marti, can you change it and maybe add some things that I might have missed? Also, I will translate the page in catalan one day, but first i want to make sure it gets published, I spent a lot of time doing the research...I am new to wikipedia! Farca barca!
The article Catalan Wine has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- There is a major conflict of interest; the article concentrates on a particular wine company. The existing article Catalan wine (lowercase "w") is properly encyclopedic and has reliable sources.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. John of Reading (talk) 22:37, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
Catalan Wine listed at Redirects for discussion
[edit]An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Catalan Wine. Since you had some involvement with the Catalan Wine redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). Muhandes (talk) 15:26, 28 February 2011 (UTC)

User page
[edit]Hello Chadturnbull, just a note to tell you that I edited your user page (which is a page where you for example can present yourself), so it redirects here rather than to an article. I don't usually edit other users' user pages, but the redirect to an article is a bit non-standard, so I took the liberty and hope you don't mind. Regards, Tomas e (talk) 11:00, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
Thanks friend...I got a little upset they deleted my article. I feel like if you spend time on something the 'wiki drones' do not allow anything new.
