Edhs23fv Good day and thank you for your question. If you meant editing then, just edit the article as long as you adhere to Wikipedia guidelines. If you meant creating an article then the subject of your article needs to be have significant coverage by independent, reliable sources (5-7) such as from the newspapers and books where by the sources talk about the subject in length and in detail and not only passing mentioned for verification. To create an article pls read WP:Your first article and I strongly you to complete WP:TWA to understand some fundamental Wikipedia guidelines. Stay safe and best. Only subject that pass Wikpedia notablity guidelines could have an article/page in Wikipedia which means subject needs to have singificant coverage by independent, reliable sources such as from newspapers and book where by the sources talk about the subject in lenght and in details and not only passing mentioned for verification. Secondly, pls read WP:Your first article to understand the requirements. Finally, diff topics have different templates and some topics have not templates. You need to be the copyright holder of any photos/images you added into Wikipedia - this means you need to be the one who take the photo or the creator of the image. However, any photos/images that is on public domain can be used in Wikipedia (the copyright holder has relished their right and allow any person to used the images/photos they owned. You need to upload the images/photos in Wikipedia Commons first then copy the file name and paste it into the Wikipedia article. Pls read Wikipedia:Image use policy and click on "upload" on the top right hand corner of Wikiepdia Commons page and follow the instructions.
