Altador cup 3 (neopets)

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the article Altador cup 3 (neopets), but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition was deleted under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text—which means allowing other people to modify it—then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. — Gwalla | Talk 23:37, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Concerning your contribution, Image:Darigan citidel.JPG, please note that Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text or images obtained from other web sites or printed material, without the permission of the author(s). As a copyright violation, Image:Darigan citidel.JPG appears to qualify for deletion under the speedy deletion criteria. Image:Darigan citidel.JPG has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message.

If you believe that the article or image is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) then you should do one of the following:

 • If you have permission from the author, leave a message explaining the details at Talk:Image:Darigan citidel.JPG and send an email with the message to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions.
 • If a note on the original website states that re-use is permitted under the GFDL or released into the public domain leave a note at Talk:Image:Darigan citidel.JPG with a link to where we can find that note.
 • If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on Talk:Image:Darigan citidel.JPG.

However, for textual content, you may simply consider rewriting the content in your own words. Thank you.

Please note that you can only legally release content under Creative Commons or GFDL licenses if you are the copyright holder. — Gwalla | Talk 16:34, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

I have blocked you indefinitely. You are clearly a sock of Bjaco18, and you clearly haven't learnt anything- you are still messing around with frivolous bot issues, wasting the time of others with lots of meta-nonsense and ignoring our copyright policies. You know the routine- if you want to be unblocked, you can type Your reason here. J Milburn (talk) 22:13, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why do you think that? BJinsect (talk) 01:35, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Are you going to deny that you are Bjaco18? J Milburn (talk) 11:44, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is a very strange account. Created on June 9,2008 with the first post to create a new Bot - InsectBot. Then a request to change the user name from BJinsect to InsectBotdiff which apparently has not been acted upon with the suggestion to simply create a new account for the bot. Then the account was used to make general edits. Very strange. There apparently is a previous account which has not been identified by BJinsect. Then followed by this edit posted by a friend at User talk:Jimbo Wales#unfair treatmant of a friend It is clearly a sock account releted to some other user. Dbiel (Talk) 01:31, 9 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If any admin comes to unblock this account, please note the blatant similarities between BJinsect (talk · contribs) and Bjaco18 (talk · contribs) and the massive amounts of advice completely ignored on the original account's talk page. J Milburn (talk) 09:42, 9 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
