Piss up

[edit]

A "{{prod}}" template has been added to the article Piss up, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but yours may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Lloyd deMause

[edit]

Hi Andrew,

I've just added a Welcome template above in spite of the fact that you have been with us for a while.

I agree with what you said about deMause. Feel free to correct the articles Psychohistory, Lloyd deMause and Journal of Psychohistory.

We really need more editors like you editing these articles.

Cheers!

Proposed deletion of Captain biplane

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Captain biplane, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

WP:HOAX http://books.google.com/books?client=firefox-a&um=1&q=%22captain+biplane%22+bib+edwards&btnG=Search+Books

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Meatpuppetry and Conflict of Interest

[edit]

Please note if you are one of the people Mr. Poel has recruited to further his cause, you are a WP:Meatpuppet, and in violation of Wikipedia policy. Please consider your conflict of interest in this situation and respect due process. Acting as a WP:Meatpuppet is grounds for blocking. Toddst1 (talk) 20:04, 23 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As the guidelines say, 'Be polite, and welcoming to new users, Assume good faith, Avoid personal attacks.' You are assuming too much. I write the truth as I understand it. I know Mr Poel, I have worked for USP Networks occasionally, I am qualified to give an opinion on the subject. I was trying to be helpful, and shed some light on the problem. Mr Poel told me he'd done an entry. There is nothing more sinister than that going on. I seem to have accidentally walked into a hornet's nest.
