"Minor" edits

[edit]

I have seen you misuse the "This is a minor edit" function in recent times (example). Such an edit is not to be marked as minor. See WP:ME for more information. Thanks.—Toccata quarta (talk) 04:51, 25 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Independent woman, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Obvious Copy Paste from other Wikipedia articles

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. TheStrikeΣagle 15:16, 25 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Independent woman has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Looks like WP:OR and not written in a neutral way. This can have an article but this doesn't look encyclopediac

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — TheSpecialUser (TSU) 15:50, 25 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've rescued the article, but it still needs more work. Please see Talk:Independent woman. – Fayenatic London 17:29, 31 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Fayenatic for rescuing the article. I have made some additional changes. Let me know if you have other suggestions.
