A tag has been placed on Grids for business, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Pedro |  Chat  14:53, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notability Criteria

[edit]

Hiya. The thing to remember is that Wikipedia is an enclyclopedia. Therefore the content of Wikipedia has to be about things that are Notable. The article as it stood was not notable, but was an advert. The key point of notability is A topic is presumed to be notable if it has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. Please see the notability page (click here) for guidelines on what is acceptable. You may find it helpfull to create the page in your user space (say your user page for the time being) and then please feel free to ask and I'll happily review it to give an opinion. Please also read up on WP:V, WP:RS and WP:COI as well, as if the article reads like an advert and does not have independent references to cite any facts then it will likely be deleted again if re-created. Best. Pedro |  Chat  15:30, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Grids For Business

[edit]

There may not be an issue if you follow the guidelines given in my answer above, but I can't guarantee it until I see the article (and probably ask another editor to review it too). Please create it out of the main space (say your user page for example) and advise me when done and I'll take a look for you. Please DO NOT create it in the mainspace again. Thanks.
