Help Tip
Being a member of the welcoming committee on Wikipedia I encourage you to help Wikipedia in any way you can to increase human knowledge. No matter how small you may know about a topic, check it out on Wiki, if you find it, add to it or make changes backed with references. If there is no article on that topic, why not start it, with time others will add to it and it may even make the featured articles list. By doing this, I have been able to make over 1300 page edits in both new articles, article improvement etc. Furthermore, I encourage you to aim to be a member of the [confirmed users] as this will greatly improve your Wiki experience. You can do this by making at least 10 edits on Wikipedia and remaining on Wiki for four (4) days. Check out this page for tips. . Crosstemplejay talk . Crosstemplejay 13:39, 17 April 2011 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at WPGH-TV, you may be blocked from editing. Neutralhomer • Talk • 03:02, 12 February 2012 (UTC) 03:02, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
ACME, please take a look at Wikipedia:Dispute resolution. Everyone has an opinion on what should be included in an article. Yours is not special. When you have a disagreement with another editor, you are supposed to talk it out with them, and then follow the remaining steps listed in the link I provided should that fail. Someguy1221 (talk) 03:34, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
Your recent edits
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 03:40, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
Your recent editing history shows that you are in danger of breaking the three-revert rule, or that you may have already broken it. An editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Breaking the three-revert rule often leads to a block.
3RR Warning
If you wish to avoid being blocked, instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. You may still be blocked for edit warring even if you do not exceed the technical limit of the three-revert rule if your behavior indicates that you intend to continue to revert repeatedly. - Also, please see the forum shopping page, which will show going to AN, ANI, DisRes and other admins is against Wikipedia rules. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 04:31, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
STOP!
Please stop posting the same complaint on multiple talk pages. You have posted your complaint about syndicated programming on AN, ANI, DisRep, WPRS, and Notability (probably others). You are in clear violation of the forum shopping rules. If you continue, you will be blocked. This is your only warning. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 14:19, 12 February 2012 (UTC)

, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Elen of the Roads (talk) 19:35, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
Here's how it works on Wikipedia. If other users disagree with you, you discuss the matter and reach a WP:CONSENSUS. You don't post ultimatums to the discussion and keep reverting their edits, as you did at WHVL-LP. --Elen of the Roads (talk) 19:39, 12 February 2012 (UTC).
Elen of Roads and Neutralhomer, FYI those two IPs in my edits to the noticeboard I forgot to log back in. Those two IPs are through my landlord's internet provider. ACMEWikiNet (talk) 21:45, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
- OK, fair enough. Remember if you're blocked from editing it's you, not the account, so don't try editing through either IP until the block expires. Elen of the Roads (talk) 22:08, 12 February 2012 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at WTAJ-TV, you may be blocked from editing. Contrary to what you believe was interpreted by the TVS discussion, nothing has been decided. The discussion is still open and there was certainly not any move to remove this information in the least. These edits have been reverted and I ask you to hold off on them until the discussion is completed. Thank you. Nate • (chatter) 05:54, 24 February 2012 (UTC)

Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to TV Parental Guidelines, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. MikeWazowski (talk) 22:13, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
I have reverted that page to show tv-g and tv-y7 ratings. The variants of the deigns was an older edit from last year, it has proved to be not true.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Disney Sing-Along Songs, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages White Christmas and Toyland (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Deadbeef 00:25, 13 August 2013 (UTC)

Syndicated Shows on TV Stations
I started to revert pages that feature a list of syndicated programming. It is considered fan-cruft. I saw the revision history section of WTAE-TV and I see one user said "Please, no lists of syndicated programming (non-notable fancruft)". That's why I am removing the fancruft from the pages. Klbogart55 socks
Hey, just FYI. I've been letting C.Fred about this sock. I let PhilKnight know at the beginning of this and he advised that the sock keeps changing his/her IP. I see you've requested a check user, but if you let C.Fred know, he'll check faster than the request. I've been dealing with this userm since their original Klbogart55, and I've just gotten tired of reverting. So I just thought I'd let you know! Corky | Chat? 21:07, 7 May 2015 (UTC)

Genre
Hi there, re: your recent edit at Arthur (TV series), please note that per Template:Infobox television instructions, genre must be sourced as it represents a subjective evaluation. "Animated" is directly observable and doesn't require interpretation. Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 22:27, 11 August 2015 (UTC)
Sister stations in the infobox...
...should be limited to stations in the same market, radio and/or television. They should be listed in one line with no breaks, in alphabetical order regardless of whether its radio or TV. Out-of-market sister stations, even if signals overlap, should not be included as they add nothing but unwanted clutter. And, if you add one then you would conceivably have to add all, then it gets messy. I have reverted your changes to KNSD and other articles where this has been showing up recently. Please stop re-adding this stuff. 71.167.102.150 (talk) 04:52, 21 August 2015 (UTC)
- By going over and REVERTING EVERY SINGLE EDIT which I have made -- all of which were constructive -- you are making your crusade to make a point personal. Please stop the tit-for-tat reversions. 71.167.102.150 (talk) 05:42, 22 August 2015 (UTC)

Five shows per station
Has there been a consensus reached that a TV station's article should contain a maximum of five syndicated shows that it carries, or are you acting on your own? I don't disagree with your position, but you shouldn't make that decision and a whole bunch of edits unilaterally. 206.74.211.32 (talk) 14:40, 16 November 2015 (UTC)
---We kept it to a few shows [up to five] to not run afoul of WP:NOTTVGUIDE. I spoke with Mrschimpf and we kept the shows to a few. ACMEWikiNet (talk) 00:16, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
- Who are "we"? Two editors acting unilaterally without any discussion? I don't disagree with what you're doing; in fact, I think the list of syndicated shows a station carries is completely irrelevant to its article unless it's something like talking about the fact that their 5:00 newscast was in first place for 20 years because it had Oprah as a lead-in. But this is the kind of thing you should discuss in a wider forum before you just start cutting stuff. 206.74.211.101 (talk) 16:42, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
- One short line with only four-five shows which air on their station are fine. ACMEWikiNet (talk) 20:55, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
