awesome Aasim, my ideas are the below:

Option 1: Split Template:Latest stable software release/Microsoft Office 2019 to Template:Latest stable software release/Microsoft Office 2019 for Mac and do the same thing as well for Template:Latest stable software release/Microsoft Office 2021 and Template:Latest stable software release/Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac to distinguish between two verions.
Option 2: Create Template:Latest stable software release/Microsoft Office 2021 and merge Template:Latest stable software release/Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac to Template:Latest stable software release/Microsoft Office 2016.
Option 3: Delete everything altogether (and maybe only leave the latest version/release).

Please do not ignore my points. I would rather prefer you, instead of me, to go ahead and share this issue/topic with others. If it were me, I would fear that I would get into trouble whatsoever circumstance(s). I really need your help to figure out how to sort this blunder out.
