MR. RAJESH TRIPATHI Mr. Rajesh Tripathi is Head & Vice President of Human Resource function at GHCL Limited which has four business verticals, namely Chemical, Home Textiles, Yarn and Consumer Products. Mr. Tripathi brings to his job over 20 years of experience, showing a strong track record of success in complex, diverse and challenging assignments in varied industries like Manufacturing, Telecom, IT and Pharmaceuticals. His exposure in various industries has made him a hands-on HR professional who can understand the nitty-gritty of business challenges. Mr. Tripathi holds a Master’s Degree in Science with specialization in Genetics from the premiere GB Pant University, Pantnagar and is a Post-Graduate in HR and Psychology from XLRI, Jamshedpur & Amity University respectively. He is an alumnus of Kellogg School of Management, Chicago (US), from where he did his Global Advanced Management program (GAMP). He also holds an Executive Diploma in Project Management from International Institute of Projects & Program Management. He has sharpened up his management acumen in Business Strategy Formulation & Execution from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Mr Tripathi has received Change & Transformation Award -2017 from Creating Values and is also conferred upon HR Excellence Award by Dept. of Higher Education, Govt of Rajasthan in the year 2017.
