Sycon Cressida Horamavu Bangalore – Big Mess!!! No Money, No Water in Society, Goondas Place…

Hi, I stayed here for 5+ year and recently moved out due to multiple issues in society. Water problem is the major reason for us to move out. I would not recommend any one to buy or rent flat in Sycon Cressida Horamavu. I am in constant touch with one friend staying there. He is saying, there is big problem with maintenance fee collection. Some flat owners (previously landowners) never pays maintenance and they are like goons / goondas in society.

They keep disrupting the functioning of society.
Never pay maintenance for their flats.
Never pay water charges either.
Never follow society rules. (Parking rule, entry / exit rules etc.)

Previous Landowners

This apartment was build as partnership between landowner & Sycon Construction. As reward, landowner family got some 40 flats out of total 140 flats. Landowners are 4 brothers and they have divided 10 flats to each brother. I heard 3 brothers pay maintenance sooner or later but 1 brother doesn’t pay any maintenance for his share of 10 flats. Pending maintenance has been pilled up to 9 Lac INR.

These brothers are major goondas in Sycon-Cressida society. They are owners of 40 flats and 100 flats belongs to individual owners from apartment sales. These landowner brother neither pay maintenance nor water charges. They do not follow society rules either. In-fact some of them are part of core-committee as well but they do not contribute anything for betterment of society.

They do not pay maintenance on time. Some never pay maintenance & have pending dues of 8 Lacs & more.
They do not pay water charges. They are consuming water and enjoying all services at the cost of other residents.
They do not follow society rules like parking rule, entry-exit rule, driving rule etc. They are always rule violators.
They threat staff, supervisor & overpower guards.
Never attend society meetings or contribute to it. They abuse in society meeting etc.
They disrupt normal working of society and create chaos.
They are setting examples for other for not to pay maintenance.

My friend told me that there is a person – Youns / Wisim. They have 8 Lakh maintenance pending till date & they are not willing to pay either. As these goondas do not pay maintenance so, other flat owners have also stopped paying maintenance in revenge. Hence, there is no funds in society. These goondas family is enjoying water & services at the cost of other residents. What the Shame Shame!!!

Sycon Cressida society member working hard to get money from all pending owners but these goondas are not willing to pay. These goondas have no intention to pay either. As there is no funds to call water so there was big chaos from all residents for water crises and most of tenants will leave apartment soon as there is always water problem in society.

I would only say – Sycon Cressida is not a place to live for a decent family. These goondas will not let society function properly. Their names are present in every defaulter list constantly since many years and they have no intention to clear it.

No Fund, No Maintenance, No Sinking Fund

As all maintenance fund have been consumed for day to day run. There are many owners not paying maintenance charges. There is no money left in sinking fund / corpus fund either. All funds has been eaten up for running the society. There are many priority works pending in society due to money crises.

Water Crisis, Services & Pending Dues

Society is facing big water problem since many weeks and that is due to fund crunch. As owner like Youns are not paying maintenance for their 10 flats hence there are no funds in society to call water tankers. They have pending dues with security agency and housekeeping staff too.

Builder – Sycon Construction

This issue was build up by Sycon Construction builder. They have some unsorted accounts with land-owner and therefore these brothers don’t pay maintenance to society. Also, there is no Occupancy Certificate for Sycon-Cressida apartment yet. Residents are trying very hard to run society with many day-to-day issues & money crises. Sycon Construction Builder has been fooling residents for 5 years now for getting OC. Sycon Construction company promoter Mr. Anil Bagalwadi have been giving false assurance of getting OC since many years.

Think twice before you land in this messy Sycon Cressida!!!!!
