Neologistocrat is a linguist based in the northeastern part of the U.S.A. He has general knowledge and interest in world affairs, American and global politics, and South Asia. He can converse in English, French, German, Bengali, and Hindi-Urdu. He has formal training in Western art music and Indian classical music. One of his goals is to expand the number of Wikipedia pages on Indian ragas---these are, as of yet, woefully under-represented here.
