I'm not quite the Wikipedian I once was; I'll still hop on and fix things when I see they need it, but it's not with nearly the frequency I had before and it's even money whether I'm logged in or not. Still, I'm keeping this around for posterity.
Littledrummrboy is a Wikipedian currently residing in Greensboro, NC. Born in Boston, MA and raised in Wilmington, DE, Littledrummrboy attended Alexis I. duPont High School and holds a BA in Psychology (with a minor in Music) from UMBC and a M.Ed. in College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida. He currently works in the field of student affairs. Admittedly a bit of a homer, this user's primary edits have been to articles to which he is directly connected.

I recently embarked upon a mission to ensure proper representation of the state of Delaware. In several stub sorting pages, a definition of The South was given that, for the purposes of stub sorting, included the state of Delaware. However, each article had a picture (Image:Map of USA highlighting South.png) that did not include Delaware. I first noticed this in Category:Southern United States sports venue stubs and created Image:Map of USA highlighting South2.png to fix this issue; I later realized that there were other pages with the same issue and worked to correct them as well. I believe most, if not all, pages are currently congruent in that respect.
I will note, however, that it is my belief that the only generally accepted regional definition that accurately represents the entire state of Delaware is the mid-Atlantic. Barring that, I would be inclined to say the Northeast would be the next logical choice, but I say that having grown up in northern Delaware, and I recognize that my experience is not the same as someone having lived in the southern part of the state. Conversely, someone from Slower Lower further south in the state may identify with The South. I feel that the state of Delaware fails two of the major litmus tests commonly used to define The South; it is neither located below the Mason-Dixon Line nor did it join the Confederate States of America. My changes were not out of a desire to classify Delaware as The South, but rather one to ensure representation both textually and graphically in places that did choose to define it as such.
Finally, while I'm ranting, allow me to say that my personal definition of the mid-Atlantic is the states in the I-95 corridor between Washington, DC and New York, NY, inclusive of DC Metro and exclusive of Metro NY. This includes NoVA, the tail of West Virginia that's included in DC Metro (if you must), DC, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and non-metro-NY New Jersey. I consider Metro NY and points north the Northeast, and points south of DC Metro the South. Wikipedia is a place for facts, not personal opinions, I realize this, but on my userpage I will make that distinction.
