Abdul Rahman El Helou: Born in Beirut: December 25, 1964.

‎‏Worked as an active Imam and Speaker for three years. ‎‏As well as a teacher in the Azhar of Lebanon, and a lecturer in Islamic Shariaa College for ten years. ‎‏

Then, he took over the duties of provost in the Islamic University of Beirut; which is affiliated with Dar El Fatwa, for five years. ‎‏

He was appointed as a legal judge in the Beirut Sunni Shari'a Court, then in the Byblos Sunni Shari'a Court.

‎‏Currently he’s a counsellor at Beirut Sunni Shari'a High Court. ‎‏

He has various works, some printed and other manuscripts, the most prominent of which are: "Confronting the Renewal of Jurisprudence", "On a Comprehensive Law of Faith in Islam" and “Demons in theological imagery”.

‎‏He participated in many jurisprudential conferences, has different articles, referendum, and correspondences; most of which are available at the site of Beirut Center for Studies and Documentation.
