QA as a Skill = Be Proactive. This is the name of a framework to help any professional

at any role to build  problems and defects prevention mindset. Emphasizes use of it in Agile environments. Founder of framework is Angelos Mavrogiannakis a senior QA specialist. It deals with the challenge to make decisions in Agile based on what you know on current sprint. Agile member need to "see ahead" and build skill to make decisions for a long term. Every new sprint may offers new information not available so far. Then all previous decisions may need to be re-evaluated and re-made.
