Usage

Parameters

• |name= The listing's name as stated in the National Register Information System (NRIS) or NPS Focus databases. Note, however, that WikiProject National Register of Historic Places has established several style conventions that modify the database names, such as displaying personal names in their proper order rather than last-first. See the WikiProject's style guide for details.
• |name_extra= Optional field to add more information after the name of the listing, such as a citation or explanatory footnote.
• |alpha_name=
• |article= If
• |image= Generally, horizontally oriented images, if available, are preferable to vertically oriented images, in order to avoid undesirable vertical stretching of the table rows.
• |A=, |B=, |C=, |D=
• |description= A brief prose summary of the historic significance of the listing. The description should always include an in-line citation, which will generally, though not necessarily always, reference the listing's nomination form. In order to avoid undesirable vertical stretching of the table rows, the description should be held to a maximum of 5 or 6 lines of text in the article preview.
