I am Haoran (Michael) Sun, a Rice university student. I would wish to contribute to wikipedia by posting contents about solving human poverty and reducing inequality in the world. Since I am also majoring in computer science, I would like to also contribute to creation of pages that do not yet well explain several minor points.

I am now working on the page Linguistic Discrimination. I believe that the exisiting page still lacks a degree of deepness into the topic. There should be more examples and explanations of its origin. What I want to add to the page is mainly more clarified examples, origins and consequences of linguistic discrimination. I would like to add, such as how pronunciation of certain accents lead to reaction so as to make the image of linguistic discrimination clearer.
