Agenda for mediation

By way of a rough plan for exploring the issues of this dispute, I've drawn up the following agenda; note, however, that it is likely that certain aspects will have to be modified as the mediation proceeds.

2. [5%] Garner party agreement to ErikTheBikeMan (talk · contribs) mediating.
3. [10%] Establish party stances in dispute; ascertain what each party wishes to get out of the mediation.
4. [20%] Explore possible compromises.
5. [40%] Propose formal solutions to dispute.
6. [50%] Garner support for one of the proposed solutions.
7. [80%] Refine and tailor solutions.
8. [85%] Garner party support for final solution.
9. [90%] Evaluate final solution—and whether it has resolved issues.
10. [95%] Implement solution.
11. [100%] Close mediation.
