EL Navidad is a 21st Century Writer/Commentator whom by way of a Web-Based/Art/Cultural project, raised awareness through the writing of short "webspeck" articles and commentary; supplementing efforts set in motion by UNICEF and Greenpeace, sponsored by Google, Facebook, Twitter and Wikpedia aimed at transcending cultural boundaries to facilitate the understanding of various cultural vulues. Some of the delineated priorities are "transcendent cultural progressive futurism", "progressive stuctured result driven guagable politics", "scientific experimintation in superior gene cultural implementation", "a continuation of study involving remote access projected imagery to the human brain", "supplying educational materials and provisional resources/infrastrure", "providing mediums for proliferation of music, culinary arts and cultural tradition through Brick and Mortar Companies, Broadcastaning Networks and Web-Based Platforms.

The project is headquartered on the Island of Mallorca, with offices in Chino Hills, Desert Hot Springs, Pegosa Springs Colorado, Montecito California, Santa Ynez California, Peoria Arizona, Scottsdale Arizona. Project efforts began on October 1st, 2014 with Major Networks including web-based subsidiaries of the BBC, New York Times, Time Magazine, The Food Network, Ultima Hora and Mallorca Zeitung beginning coverage early March, 2015. Noteworthy indviduals and Corporate entities who have been either directly or peripherally involved with the project include Warner Brothers Studios, Paramount Pictures, Summit Entertainment, Dreamworks Entertainment Group, Universal Studios and a current roster of un-documented private parties. The project manager is Christopher Manning, a California native who has avoided media interaction and has asked to remain anonymous. He is currently doing, "A Cultural Exploration" "Adventures in the Campo" a new T.V. series that will be aired in April, set on the Island of Mallorca.
