Dr. Sachi Rana has a brilliant and excellent academic career. She is gold medalist in MA (Economics). She obtained her Ph.D. in Economics in 2006 from CCS University Meerut in Agro-Based Industries. Moreover, she is MA (English), MA (Psychology), MBA in Marketing and HR and B.Ed (Topper of her batch). She is presently the lead (Marketing) of “SILOVO” an IIT Delhi Startup. She has been the CEO of MIND INFINITY a firm offering Psychological Testing and Career Assessment Services along with Pearson India - Global Leaders in Career Assessment (CA) and Talent Assessment (TA) Tools. She has worked in ICFAI University and has been a visiting professor in Sharda University, and DDUMC (IIMT University). She has 20 years of teaching experience of Post Graduate and Undergraduate students. She has co-authored three books on Micro Economics, Agro Based Industries, and Luxury Brands in India. She has received “Edukos Unite Global Achiever’s Award” for her Research Excellence and “Sledding 2021” Award for Academic Excellence.
She has also been awarded the “SHE” award for her work in the field of education and excellence in research, and writing on different subjects. She is the research expert and resource person with “Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University”, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She is research guide and expert in Research and Development Committee of “Uttarakhand Technical University” Dehradun, and external guide of JJT University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. Moreover, she is a member of the Editorial Board of the National Journal, “The Horizon- A journal of Social Sciences”. She is member of the NGO “Shodh evam Shaikshanik Samiti”. She also owns a YOUTUBE Channel Shachi’s Academy, wherein she posts videos on different subjects.
She is the President of the NGO “Leaves in Hands - Research and Welfare Society” which is engaged in various research and development initiatives. “LH Research” and endeavor of this society is engaged in research at national and international level. It has conducted workshops for “Princeton Hive- United States of America”, and collaborated with the research department of “Princess Norah Bint Abdulrahman University”, Riyadh. It guides students in writing research papers for ABDC Journals and SCOPUS and helps in publication of the same. In addition it guides in conduction of research for D. Litt., Ph. D., M. Phil., Synopsis, Dissertation and Project Writing for different Subjects. It has flair for the conduction of national seminars and workshops, and coordinates for them. It has alliance with “Mind Infinity – A Psychological Firm” and “Ed-X-Lead” - Company for Training and Placement, and organizes workshops in different Schools for Talent Assessment and implementation of psychological tools with Pearson India. Books on Microeconomics, Small Scale Industries, and Luxury Brands have also been published under its aegis.
“LH (Leaves in Hands) Research” has entered into collaboration with “HIE (House of Indian Entrepreneurs) Foundation” and are engaged in providing access to new sources of knowledge to the upcoming talent and the people who visualize a better future for society, economy, nation and envision a better tomorrow for self. HIE Foundation is an initiative of a team of Entrepreneurs, Professionals, and Researchers who are alumni of premier institutions like IITs, IIMs and currently working with the Government of India, MSMEs, and top MNCs. It has been associated with “Parivartan” 2019 DMS IIT Delhi; “BECon” 2019 EDC, IIT Delhi & “Rendezvous” 2019; Association with BECon 2020, Tryst, IIT Delhi 2020. HIE Foundation is announced as the “Network Partner” of Building India Inc. 2019 organized by the Department of Management Studies (DMS), IIT Delhi.
