"The targeted numerals of the ACADEMY LEADER were hypnogogic sigils preceding the dreamstate of film." [1]- William Gibson

Also known as Amerique (talk · contribs · email), however the accounts are not used concurrently nor to affect identical subject domains, except by mistake!

After a fanclub of impersonators developed around "Amerique" [2] [3], I took off from Wikipedia without intention of returning. However, news of the Essjay controversy drew me back to comment on WP:Policy matters, where I encountered an established group of editors employing editing tactics similar to, if on a larger scale than, those I fought and organized a successful resistance against at the UCR article and associated pages. [4],[5]

However, over time I began questioning the point of significantly caring about the integrity of an encyclopedia "anyone can edit." Surely this caveat would include trolls, obvious COIs and people with nothing else in their lives but the dubious privilege of lording over this mess as "janitors." So the pleasure of applying my guerrilla-humor tactics against "the Cabal" gradually grew stale, and I resumed editing articles associated with "Amerique," though I still participate in areas where "AL" has achieved a certain notoriety [6], though with the intention of correcting past mistakes.

The largest of which was plainly bringing the BADSITES drama to NPA: [7], which I did for the purpose of defeating it as a proposal. Though this allowed collective focus to shift from BADSITES, killing it as a proposal, several have capitalized on the harsh wording sustained at NPA to place their self-interest over the encyclopedia's, to the collective embarrassment of everyone associated. After much senseless discussion for many months, a single line amendment to NPA portends to resolve the issue. (Not my exact wording but following a suggestion of mine here:[8]

While I don't post on Encyclopedia Dramatica, a diff of mine, which has since been deleted, was once linked to on the front page of Wikitruth, under the Hit and Run banner. (Someone else graciously took the heat for that:[9])

More or less in response to this: [10] I've recently registered an account at WR and may soon begin actively posting there... What, I don't know. Perhaps I'll focus on the first admin that bans me following Jimbo's command to execute Order 66 and indef-block all the critically conscious red pills on this site.

"The Encyclopedia Foundation, to begin with, is a fraud, and always has been!

"...It is a fraud in the sense that neither I nor my colleagues care at all whether a single volume is published. It has served it's purpose, since by it we... attracted the hundred thousand humans necessary for our scheme, and by it we managed to keep them preoccupied while events shaped themselves, until at last it was too late for any of them to draw back.

"In the fifty years that you have worked on this fraudulent project -there is no use in softening terms -your retreat has been cut off, and you now have no choice but to proceed on the infinitely more important project that was, and is, our real plan..."-Hari Seldon, Foundation,-Issac Asimov

"No one starts a war--or rather, no one in his senses ought to do so--without first being clear in his mind what he intends to achieve by that war and how he intends to conduct it."

"We repeat again: strength of character does not consist solely in having powerful feelings, but in maintaining one’s balance in spite of them. Even with the violence of emotion, judgment and principle must still function like a ship’s compass, which records the slightest variations however rough the sea." -Carl von Clausewitz

"We're an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality." -anonymous aide to George W. Bush

Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. -Benjamin Franklin

...I didn't create this situation, I'm dealing with it. You're acting like a first year... thief. I'm acting like a professional. They get him, they can get you, they get you, they get closer to me, and that can't happen. And you are looking at me like it's my fault? I didn't tell him my name. I didn't tell him where I was from. Fifteen minutes ago, you almost told me your name... You buddy, are stuck in a situation you created. So if you wanna throw bad looks somewhere, throw 'em at a mirror! [11] - Mr. Pink, Reservoir Dogs, -Quentin Tarantino

You talkin' to me? - Travis Bickle, Taxi Driver -Martin Scorsese

By the way, I love your soundtrack. Esp Meth, GZA and Georgios Michael. I need to change my passcode on Wikipedia, but cannot seem to get an option to do so. Help?
