Samuel Dusengiyumva (born June 18, 1981) is a Rwandan public servant, lawyer, who currently serves as the Lord Mayor of Kigali the capital city Rwanda.[1] He previously served at the permanent secretary at Rwanda's Ministry of Local of Government.[2]
He also served at the legal advisor at the national services for Gacaca courts.[3]
